to the homepage of the Virginia Tech Student
Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation
Society. SWCS is a nonprofit organization that advocates the protection,
enhancement, and wise use of soil, water, and related natural resources.
The
Virginia Tech Chapter engages in a variety of service and social activities throughout
the year, including maintaining trails at Apple
Ridge Educational Center, Save Our Streams
Biomonitoring at Tom's Creek, annual Careers in
Conservation Symposium, camping, hiking, and various environmental service
projects.

March 24th at 7:00, Seitz room 108. We will be electing next year's officers so please come out and vote. Don't forget the Careers in Conservation Symposium on April 7th!
